Print Page Setup
This appears on every printed prescription (and certificate) — unless you print on your own pre-printed pad, which uses its own separate calibration under Prescription Setup. Fill in your name and info in Bangla and/or English; whichever you fill in is what shows on the letterhead.
Chamber / Hospital Name, Address, Phone and Visiting Hours are managed per-chamber in the Chamber tab, so you can keep more than one letterhead and switch between them.
Live Preview
This toggle only changes what you see below — it doesn't change what actually prints. Use the checkbox in Page Setup ("Show header by default on Save & Print") to change the real default.
Page Setup
Page margins moved to Header / Print Page Setup (Top/Bottom/Left/Right, with a unit of your choice).
Pick a colour theme for the whole app (menus, buttons, backgrounds). Applies everywhere, on every device — separate from the sun/moon dark-mode switch.
AI Suggestions
Powered by Claude (Anthropic) and/or Gemini (Google) — pick whichever provider you like each time you click AI Suggestions while writing a prescription. Only clinical fields (age/sex, C/C, O/E, Ix, history, working Dx) are sent — never the patient's name, mobile, address, or reg no. Suggestions are decision support only; always verify independently before treating. Get a Claude key at platform.claude.com or a Gemini key at aistudio.google.com.
Clinical Dictation
The Dictate button (in the prescription toolbar) lets you speak findings instead of typing them. Chrome's free built-in speech-to-text still needs a small Gemini call to sort the transcript into sections; the Gemini audio option transcribes and sorts in one paid call — either way it uses the same Gemini key above. This daily cap limits how many dictation requests one user can make per day, as a simple safeguard against runaway API cost.

রোগীর তথ্য বার / Patient Info Bar
প্রিন্ট হওয়া প্রেসক্রিপশনে হেডারের নিচে কোন কোন তথ্য (Name, Age, Sex, Date, Address, Reg. No, Wt., Mobile ইত্যাদি) দেখাবে এবং কোন ক্রমে — নিচের ফিল্ডগুলো টেনে (drag) গ্রিডের বক্সে বসান। সব কলামের প্রস্থ সমান থাকবে, একই কলামের তথ্য সব row-তে একই জায়গায় (একটার নিচে একটা) প্রিন্ট হবে।
Commission Rates / কমিশন হার
প্রেসক্রিপশন প্যাডের ডান কলামে Test/X-ray/USG-এর জন্য যত টাকা লেখা হবে, তা থেকে এই হার অনুযায়ী কমিশন হিসাব হবে।
SMS Gateway
Bulk SMS পাঠানোর জন্য আপনার SMS gateway/provider-এর তথ্য এখানে দিন। BulkSMSBD (জনপ্রিয় বাংলাদেশি gateway) এর জন্য বিল্ট-ইন সাপোর্ট আছে — শুধু API Key ও Sender ID দিলেই চলবে। অন্য কোনো provider ব্যবহার করলে "Custom" বেছে নিয়ে তাদের API-এর URL/params দিন।
প্লেসহোল্ডার হিসেবে ব্যবহার করুন: {{apiKey}}, {{senderId}}, {{number}}, {{message}} — পাঠানোর সময় এগুলো আসল মান দিয়ে বদলে যাবে।
Chambers
Each chamber is just a letterhead identity — name, address, phone, visiting hours — printed at the top of the pad. Patients, prescriptions and every other record stay shared across all chambers; switching the active chamber only changes what prints.

Assistants
Give an assistant their own login and grant exactly the actions they're allowed to do — add/edit/delete for patients, prescriptions, appointments, templates, the drug database, chambers, and specific settings sub-forms. A doctor and super_admin always have full access regardless of these checkboxes.
